Shipping and Return Policy

We accept products back within 14 days from the receipt of the product. Below conditions should be met.

Ready to Assemble (RTA) Cabinets and Accessories

•         The original packaging should not be opened or removed; Product must be received in a condition that allows it to be resold.

•         Buyer must contact us before shipping the product(s) back in order for us to get the return number (RMA / Return merchandise authorization) that is issued by the manufacturer.

•         If the buyer is shipping the product back him/herself, we should be able to track the product. Buyer must provide the tracking number (all the carrier companies provide tracking number), which must be provided to us right after the product is shipped.

Please note that a 25% fee off the total price of the order applies for the return. Additionally, return shipping cost is covered by the buyer as well. At your request we can assist with all shipping documentation, however, in this case,  the return shipping cost will be deducted from the  buyer’s refund amount.

Once the item is received and inspected by our employees, the refund will be transferred back to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy.

Ready to Assemble products (RTA products) will be prepared at the warehouse within 2-7 business days from the receipt of the order. In case if the requested product is not available at the warehouse, we will contact you to discuss the options. Please note that time in transit will depend on the order’s destination State. The standard time will vary from 3 to 20 days.

Pre-assembled cabinets require more time. The cabinets will be assembled, carefully packaged in order to decrease the risk of damage during the transportation. The preparation at the warehouse will take 3-12 business days, depending on the order.

We are shipping our products to 48 United States. Destinations outside the US ( Hawaii, Alaska etc.) can be shipped to the nearest point from the final destination in one of the 48 contiguous states. Buyer is responsible for the final delivery that should be organized with the third party companies by the buyer him/herself.

Buyer will receive a tracking number once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please note that delivery time on the website is an estimated time based on the previous delivery time in our business.

Please kindly take into consideration that the order should be first received and inspected for any damages/manufacturing defects prior to construction work on site. This will help to resolve the warranty issues swiftly.

Shipping cost.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically on the website at your check out page. However, Luxod LLC reserves the right to revise shipping costs if the additional delivery terms were not calculated by the website. This might include non-standard size of the product ordered, difficulty with the delivery etc. We will reach out to you with all the information regarding additional shipment costs.

Free shipping.

Luxod LLC offers free shipping on all the orders of a $2500 value or higher.

Luxod LLC reserves the right to revise shipping costs if the additional delivery terms were not calculated by the website. This might include non-standard size of the product ordered, difficulty with the delivery etc.

Damage to the products during shipping/ Manufacturing defects.

We are using high quality packaging materials and reliable shipping companies in order to minimize the risk of the damage of the product. However, damages still may occur.

There are 2 common types of damages: damages that are visible and usually caused by the delivery process, and concealed damages that are manufacturing defects.

We would like to emphasize that it is essential for you to inspect the product upon receiving. All the visible damages should be noted in the shipping documents upon receiving. The driver will ask you to put your signature and confirm the receipt of the product. Please inspect and write down all the visible problems before (!) signing the document.

Please make sure you take pictures of the damage upon the order receiving process. This will help you with the warranty. Please report any visible damage within 3 days from the receiving of the product.

Concealed damage may be discovered after the product is unpacked. Please report such damage within 14 days from the receiving of the product. Please take pictures of the damage and provide a brief description of the problem. Our team will take up to 2 days to process your application. It will take 1-5 working days to ship new parts/product, depending on the type of the product that was purchased.

Luxod LLC reserves the right not to replace any parts/product free of charge if the complaint was sent after 14 days from the receiving of the product. Since we use the services of the third parties for the delivery of the products it is important to comply with their rules and guidelines.  Shipping companies have a strict policy according to which they can refuse to consider a complaint submitted after 14 days.

Lost items.

It is a rare case that the product will get lost. However, the situations may occur where the boxes will arrive not in the same quantity as was ordered. It is essential for you to inspect the shipment upon receiving. Please make sure you count the number of boxes delivered and write a note in the shipping document if any boxes are missing before (!) signing the document. Please notify us as soon as possible if after unpacking you noticed that something is missing.

To make the inspection easier, you can use the product codes on the boxes and compare them with the bill of lading.

Canceling an order

An order for ready to assemble (RTA) cabinets and accessories can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order without penalty.

If a cancellation request comes after 24 hours, then we reserve the right to deduct 25% (restocking fee) from the refund amount.
