Luxod LLC offers warranty for any defective part of cabinets or/and accessories that will be noticed within 10-year period from the date of the purchase. Defective cabinet parts or/and accessories will be replaced. Please note that the warranty is limited and will apply only to the original buyers, therefore for the cabinets installed inside their houses/offices.
Warranty applies to cabinet parts, components/accessories and shipping cost. Warranty does not apply nor it covers labor cost for the replacement of any parts, i.e. labor cost will be covered by the customer. Free shipping is available only in 48 contiguous United States.
The warranty does not extend nor covers parts that were damaged due to improper handling or/cleaning.
Our cabinets and accessories are made of natural wood. Therefore, there might be a slight difference in the natural color of wood, it’s texture, structure etc. Please be aware that this difference is not a manufacturing defect. Wood is a natural material that can change over time. Some wooded parts (door for example) can bend over time due to the nature of wood material. Warranty does not apply on bending of wood less than ¼”. Wood panels are sensitive to high humidity. High or low temperatures can cause immediate reaction of the wood panels. Constant direct sunlight exposure, dirt, smoke, moisture, improper cleaning can also be a cause of the wood structure changes. Wood expansion is a normal behavior of the material that can cause the appearance of noticeable thin lines at the joints of the wood panels. These are considered to be the nature of the wood material and warranty is not applicable
We update our product lines frequently, adapting modern trends and standards to satisfy our customer needs. Cabinet business is ever changing. Cabinet manufacturers are in trend with market changes as well. Production color can be changed or the product itself can be withdrawn from the manufacturing. In the case where the original product was changed or/and withdrawn, we reserve the right to partially refund the price of the product.
Please note the warranty complaint requires:
-clear photo of the defect;
-brief description of the occurred problem;
Based on the provided information, Luxod LLC together with the manufacturer will determine whether the occurred problem is considered a “defect” and whether it falls under warranty in accordance with industry standards and previous work experience. Luxod LLC will determine the most efficient method to resolve the occuried issue, for example: repair, partial replacement, total replacement etc.
